Consultation Fees
Initial consultations are always free. If a paid consultation or design service is provided, refunds may be available within 48 hours of payment if no work has commenced. After work has begun, refunds are not available for consultation or design fees.
Project Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your project start date and begin material ordering. Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of your scheduled start date. If you cancel more than 14 days before the project start date, a full refund of your deposit may be available minus any non-recoverable material costs.
Material Orders
Once materials have been ordered, they cannot be cancelled or returned. This includes cabinets, countertops, hardware, and other custom-ordered items. We work with trusted suppliers and cannot accept returns on custom or specially ordered materials.
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship with a written warranty. If you experience issues related to our installation work, we will return to make corrections at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by homeowner misuse, natural wear, or third-party modifications.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us immediately if you have concerns about any completed work.
